Copalife´s Guarantee and Exchange Policy

We're confident that Copalife's products will meet, if not exceed, your expectations. However, if you aren't completely satisfied, we're pleased to offer a thirty (30) day return policy on all purchases.

No purchase at Copalife is complete until you're completely satisfied. You can return unsatisfactory items to us within thirty (30) days of the shipping date for the full purchase price, minus shipping and handling fees.

How long will my order take to arrive?

All orders are shipped within 24 hours of receipt of payment and delivery takes between 3-5 days.

My order arrived very quickly, thank you. However, I would like to return an item as it is unsuitable. What do I do?

No problem. Simply call us or email us according to the instructions on your delivery note. You must inform us within 7 days of receipt if any of your items are unsuitable.

What guarantees do I have for my products if it breaks in the future?

All our products are guaranteed for 30 days and you would be entitled to a replacement or a full refund. In addition, should you find something faulty with your purchase after this time we will ensure your item is replaced or repaired where appropriate.

I have received an item from your site and it is unsuitable. I don't want to offend the sender but I would like to exchange it?

No problem, this is a common occurence. Providing the item has not been worn and is in its original condition then we will happily allow you to exchange the item for something more suitable.
